Refund and Return Policy

At LuxuryLife, we stand behind the quality and exclusivity of our products. We understand that sometimes, a product may not fully meet your expectations. Therefore, we offer a straightforward return and exchange policy for our customers.


Eligibility for Returns, Refunds, and Exchanges

  • Products are eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds within *14 days* of receipt, provided they are in *unused or gently used condition*.
  • To initiate a return or exchange, please contact our customer service team, who will guide you through the process.
  • A *restocking fee of $20* will be applied to all refunds, returns, and exchanges to cover processing costs.


Return Process

  1. Contact Us: Reach out to our customer support (support@luxurylifebutter.com) with your Order Number to request a return or exchange. Our team will provide you with a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.
  1. Return Label: We will send you a prepaid return label via email. Please print the label and attach it to your return package.
  1. Ship the Product Back: Send the item(s) back to us using the provided return label. Ensure the product is packaged securely to avoid damage during transit.
  1. Inspection: Upon receipt, our team will inspect the product to confirm its condition.
  1. Refund Processing: Once the inspection is complete and the product condition is verified, we will process your refund. Please note, the refund will be issued to the original payment method, minus the restocking fee.


Additional Information

  • Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive the returned product.
  • Exchange items will be shipped out to you as soon as we receive and inspect the original item.
  • For products received as gifts, returns will be processed as store credit to be used towards future purchases on our website.

International Policy

Due to you being an International Customer and for us to ship your order out you have to agree via email to the information we send you pertaining to International shipping Policy. Different countries have different laws and fees. We will let you know and have you confirm that you agree to possible additional fees that you may occur due to shipping & delivery. Once you have confirmed via email reply, we will process your order for shipping!

Shipping

U.S based Orders shipping within the United States, please be advised there is a 3-10 day processing time. *We strive to beat this and typically will ship within 3 days, but it may take up to 10 days to fully process your order. Once processed, the shipping time frame you selected at checkout is then initiated. Example: If you select "NEXT DAY AIR" it will ship next day AFTER processing time. If you select "3 Day ground" it will first process, and then 3 day ground applies once your order is in possession of UPS or USPS. Email us if you need your order rushed for any reason and we will do our best to accomodate you! 

International orders placed from outside of the US expect to receive your order between 10-25 business days. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning/exchanging your item. Shipping costs are nonrefundable. Contact us if you have any questions on how to return your item.

International customers please Be Aware:

There may be additional charges at your destination for taxes and fees (Tax & duty-related charges) at pick up or delivery. These are not our charges and we do not have control over any charges beyond your purchase with us.
